Description:
The Screens were made in process dry plates exposed behind the original ruled screen under conditions minimising diffraction effects. The exposures were such as to give a density in the dots of over 2'5 in each case. The photomicrographs show how the size and shape of the dots and the formation of grain is influenced by the duration of development and by reduction and intensification, x 140.
