- Description:
- Together with the refraction curves, showing the increase of gloss as the paper is baryta coated and calendered. The curves are obtained by measurement of the brightness at different angles, the central peak being a measure of the specular brightness. At the height of the general curve is the diffuse brightness, the gloss being the ratio of the specular to the diffuse brightness.
