- No stones found but concretion in right ureter, Therefore injection of coleargal advised. Pyelographée shows enlarged pelvis and calixes on left side. For the right kidney only upper calix filled with coleargal. Pelvis and lower calixes but partly filled. Diagnosis: Pus in pelvis and calixes prevents coleargal from entering. Pyomephrosis. Exposure 2/50 of a second.
