- (1) Positive picture of a gold ring on a finger, with secondary reflex appearances, sometimes wrongly called a Röntgen negative; (2) Negative picture a reversed copy, sometimes wrongly called a Röntgen positive. Gold ring with a rod of nickelled copper through it. A shaving of lead. Sphere of one of the heavy metals.
