- A Series of 16 Stereo-photomicrographs, illustrating the varied characters, both as regards shape and arrangement, of the scales on the wings of Moths and Butterflies. These structures vary in type and shape according to the position they occupy on the upper and lower surfaces of the two wings and also vary with the Species examined.
