- Description:
- The sound waves actuate a diaphragm which causes a concave mirror to deflect the image of a line of light which falls across a slit. A travelling strip of film behind the slit records the movement of the light spot. The slit is covered by an ordinary photographic ever-set shutter. A stroke on the bell shows when the commencement of the film passes the slit. Fuller details are attached to the machine.
