Description:
The above fungus is very commonly distributed; found nearly throughout the year on rotten wood. It is a poisonous species. No. 24 was photographed six days after the same group. No. 23, and exhibits the growth in the interval. No. 25 was quite gelatinous in structure, owing to its having grown in a wet situation, on the side of a small watercourse.
