Description:
Mars at the recent opposition during July, 1907. It will be seen that the exposures are made in series, so that the moments of perfect definition, which are intermittent, may be more readily utilised.
Several of the canals are distinctly visible on the photographs, and one has been photographed double.
Drawings of the planet, as seen under high magnifying power, are added to enable comparisons of the various details to be made.
